(All levels welcome) Kick off your Saturday morning. This class will take you through a dynamic flow of Reformer movements to enhance your Pilates practice with progressions. The precision of instruction will allow one to optimize the benefit of each session in order to improve performance for all activities of choice.
This class will use the STOTT PILATES® Reformer and any applicable props to properly align the body during movements.
